Fudge Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8×8 pan and grease it well. Then, set the pan aside.
  • In a big bowl, combine the banana and smooth peanut butter, stir until fully combined. Once combined, stir protein powder and cocoa powder, stir together. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until fully baked.
  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge!
