Iced Coffee Protein Shake:

 

Do you wake up exhausted every morning? Do you make your cup of coffee before doing anything else in the morning? I have a perfect morning shake for you! Not only will it give you the energy you crave, but it also has lots of protein! Win, Win!

 

Ingredients:

  1. ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  4. 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  5. 2 cups ice

 

Directions:

Make your coffee ahead of time, so it’s ready for the morning. Add in ice, coffee, and almond milk. Then add in frozen banana and protein powder. Blend, and enjoy!
