I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I am currently earning my bachelors degree in exercise science, specializing in health and fitness. My favorite types of exercise include weight lifting, boxing, hiking, and swimming. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past few years. I want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.


I offer a variety of programs, from muscle gaining to weight loss. There are 4, 8, and 12 week weight loss challenges available. If that doesn’t work with your goals, I also offer online personal training. We could set goals to achieve any goal you would like.
