Halloween and the holidays to follow can be a tough time of year. All the great foods can add up. Instead of not eating any of your favorites, make healthy swaps. Like this popcorn for example, instead of a popcorn filled with butter, have this popcorn with dark chocolate instead. Not only will it taste better, but it will be healthier for you. Making simple swaps can save you so many calories, and help you resist that dreaded holiday weight.

 

Ingredients:

-10 cups popcorn of choice

-2 cups dark chocolate

-2 teaspoons coconut oil

-3 cups crushed pretzels

 

Instructions:

-melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together

-put popcorn and crushed pretzels in a bowl

-add in dark chocolate

-stir, stir, stir
